My design journey began at George Brown
College's School of Design, where I honed my
skills and graduated with a degree. My passion
for design goes hand-in-hand with a desire for
collaboration and community, evident in my role
as the founder of an extracurricular club called
The Salon. At The Salon, students at the School
of Design could collaborate and connect after
school hours, fostering a vibrant creative
space.
This love for community and shared growth has
also shaped my professional path. I've thrived
in various design environments: in-house
creative teams for global brands, agency work,
freelancing, and now running my own independent
design business.
Just like athletes never truly "master" their
sport, the pursuit of design excellence is a
constant journey. Every project is a chance to
push boundaries, refine my skills, and get in
the game, whether that means grabbing a pencil
or embracing the latest design tools. It's a
source of joy and a daily challenge – a pursuit
that keeps me inspired and growing.
I've always been drawn to the expression of
creativity through the medium of sport as much
as with pencil & paper. A source of joy and a
daily challenge, in the same way that an athlete
will never “master” their sport of
choice, an artist can never fully
“master” their craft — but the
pursuit is a guaranteed opportunity – an
opportunity to improve, a chance to compete,
lace up, sharpen a pencil, and get in the game.
